waste of light?

Ok I switched over my grow and now I am running 4 1000 Watt lights in rapture hoods with 12 plants under them. Is this super over kill? My friend seems to think I will get bigger buds but I am starting to think it is a waster of light.

How big are those 12 plants?

You can do 1 plant per 1000w if you have enough veg time and training.

Not sure if its a waste, but you defiantly should get lots of dense nugs. Would hate to have your power bill though

The more light the bigger the buds...
usually 3-4 plants per M2 depending on the size/age of the plants and whether they have a single-cola, Xmas Tree or Bush structure.. More Single cola plants will fit than Shrubs!

You want the plants to fill the space with enough spaces among the branches and between plants for some light penetration....

As long as they are air cooled and not heating-up the room-- you're good!

If u do 4 600s you can maybe pull 4 lb
