OLYMPIA, Wash. (AP) -- Washington state lawmakers are split on whether to allow residents to grow recreational marijuana in their homes, so they've implemented a study to look into three potential plans.

The Daily Herald reported (http://bit.ly/2xvvS80 ) Tuesday that the state Liquor and Cannabis Board is studying two scenarios that would allow four plants per home and a third option maintaining current rules that allow for only medical marijuana patients to grow in their home.

The study and recommendations from agency leaders are due to lawmakers by Dec. 1.

Of the eight states with legal markets for growing and selling marijuana for recreational use, Washington is the only one where home-growing isn't allowed.

Washington sucks, they want to micro-manage everything

If they do decide to allow home rec growing you can bet they'll want you to have a permit

Are they looking at banning all caps in that state? I feel like all states should adopt a no all caps policy. What do you think?

carrot meet stick....Washington is really just Seattle and Amazon is turning into Walmart, so there is that and Microsoft is 30 years past its peak and Boeing left and is continuing to leave.
They used to have a decent med program too....scared a shitload of people away overnight.....about 2 years ago. Se La vie.
