Hello People.. so it is now not a crime to enjoy marijuana on you own time but we can not grow it... wtf is that,,
thats why i voted against prop 502, so it passed and now the medical marijuana patients are going to be effected. right now every thing stays the same the medical law still stands and there are still dispensarys going strong but for how long? when the state liquor control board get going on this thing you think there going to leave medical patients and dispensarys exempt from the 25% tax at each step (producer, processor, retail).
i dont think they will watch the medical scene will change when the state starts selling weed and im not against taxing dispensarys. there was a bill last year that got vetoed that would of been all about taxing dispansarys im ok with that state gets there nut they spend it on schools and roads and shit we all need. i just want to be able to grow my own and not have to go to a store and buy it but the state doesnt want everyone growing that would lower there sales so you can see why they will want to get rid of 69.51a RCW (Medical Cannabis) and not to mention the doctors with ethics will stop writing medical recommondations because the only reson they write them in the first place is so sick people can use alternate forms of medication that they didnt have access to befor now they can just go buy it from a liquor store witch have no booz in them any more because washington final decided that its ok to buy your vodka at walmart. im done here is a link to liquor control board fact sheet http://www.liq.wa.gov/publications/Marijuana/I-502/Fact-Sheet-I-502-REVISED-11-19-12.pdf
