want a small grow any tips? how's it looking?

Its about 2 and half weeks this baby is growing in miracle gro I kno its a bad soil but all I had for now this is my first grow attempt so I'm a newbie

Do you know if Reg or Fems

Also forgot to add to last Post...What Grow Space/Environment are you talking..and before I Forget(Lol - Stoned) what Type Reflector you using and how far from Plants is your Light Source?
