Wanna switch night time into day

Im at third week of flowering. 12/12.
12 Hours of light start at 19:00 till 07:00. And night time is from 07:00 to 19:00.
I had problems with light leaks, still do..
And i have a problem with the temp.
So i invested in a portable AC (1 HP).
One room with one light(1000W), 8 plants.
When the light on(19:00-07:00), the temp at 28c,with the AC on.
And during the night 26c(outside its day light).
So the AC is almost allways on. and soon it will be winter here, so im thinking of switching the light to 07:00-19:00, so that during the night time for the plants outside will allso be night, and the AC wont have to work hard and less.
So will it be too much stress for the plants if i do the switch right now at third week of flowering.
And if its possible, how should i do that?
24 hours of dark and then start the light at 07:00 and 12/12 again.
Or 24 hours of light?

Ok so as long as it has 12 or more hours if darkness you will be just fine. Any less there will be trouble. Just turn off the light make sure there are 12+ hours of darkness than turn back on at the desired time. They may be pissed for a day or twi but they will be just fine

So i turned the light off at 2 AM. They will be on again tommorow at 2 PM till 7.
And afterword it will be back to 12/12.

Use longer Dark periods to change time in flower

just continue the dark period DO NOT GIVE THEM MORE THAN 12 HRS OF LIGHT STRAIGHT
