Probably not. But, if you use as much hard duct as possible, seal every crack in the ducting and hoods with tape and insulate all the ducting as well as the hoods, it may be enough.
I would recommend more like an 8" Vortex (747 CFM). I'd still do all the above to keep as much heat out of the room as possible.
The remaining ambient heat should be easy to deal with. A small 5000 BTU AC unit should do the job if you run a sealed room. The fan you have will be sufficient for a small room if you ventilate.
