well first runs ever

simplest is rum
12 lbs of dark brown sugar
1 quart of honey
1 tbsp of gysum
6 tbsp of yeast nutrients

4 gallons of water ......and stir it all up heat to 130 for atleast 20 mins then cool down to 80f add dady yeast to the buckets cap it with a air lock 5/6 days u will have mash at about 20/22% alc ready to cook down

from there u cook it move it to a glass carboy with a cork the longer it sits in there smoother it gets every week pop the cork exchange the air swril around cap it

oh it is illegal at the str i make it is a fire hazard

but u make sure u package it right .....in the right kind of bottles ......no issue tell them it is apple cider /apple vinger

ok will make it simple

u need a 15 gallon stainless steel beer keg (go for a old bud keg or miller something american )
u will need a 1500w heating element (can link u place to get it)
a 1 inch npt coupling joint
hole sawl 1 inch for metal
wlding gear to attach the coupling to the keg at the point of where u made the hole

then u need a stil head .........simples is getting one made of ebay since it takes brasing ..........just gte a 26 inch leinburg (i know it wrong) make sure all copper
u need 50 gallon cooler 70 lbs of ice 20 gallons of water and a water pump with hoses


or order one made .......this is a indoor electrical one u can run the proof will be about 120 proof is the best u can get

I made a still out of a pressure cooker some copper tubing/5gal bucket with ice and a grittle...worked pretty good except the pressure cooker was aluminum and was some white shit in the end product even after filtering a bunch of times..this was right around the time the show moonshiners came out hah
