so, rather than have threads continually off topic (we're all guilty, even me)..i've created this safe space to talk about anything political, news or having to do with this forum or the people in it.

hopefully if we can contain things here, we'll get some new members to contribute to the forum.

you learn not, when you surround yourself with yourself.

let's be non-partisan and make it a ***** success!

hmmmmm, so let's see what's in the news today..ah!

mitt romney endorses scott brown for senate in NH..seems scott (the incumbent) lost to elizabeth warren (the female) for his seat in mass. so he's pulling a liz cheney by carpetbagging it to the next state over..someone should tell SB it didn't work for a cheney why would he think it'll work for him?

This thread is interfering with my freedoms to post off topic elsewhere in the politics arena. I demand that this thread be removed.

Lets start getting this thread way off track. Why can't we decide to let Presidents run for as long as they want. I think Obama should seek a third term. I think most Americans would agree.

i totally agree and i'll tell you why:

even though he polls in the 40's which is by far NOT the bottom of the bucket like lincoln at 1.64% and 40 other presidents, his ideas that have come to fruition, polls crazy high..

i would totally vote for him again.

Amend the 22nd Amendment and allow Obama to do a FDR. This country needs this. So far he has done a pretty good job considering the mess he was left and the fact that the Repubs. were just saying no to all his great ideas.
