if your taking cuttings to flower strait away you should wait until you see preflowers as the plants will hold the maturity of the mother plants.

when we see preflowers this is a sign the plant is reching vegetative maturity and can be flowerd now

ahhh ok shit... well I've still got a good 6-7 more in the Veg box to be potential mothers, so those will at least reach full maturity.

I'm thinking of grabbing some Mandala or Nirvana beans soon.

Anyone have any experience with Nirvana? I'd like to grab their AK-48 and possibly Blue Mystic.

thanks for the kind words, I love your avatar it's hilarious. The bird don't even care, just taking a big bite out of that cat's nose.

i dont really like things that have ruderalis genetics. but hey thats my prefferance it suits some people for there pourposes.
hehe its not totally necissary just more natural and less stressfull for the plants ya know.

every now and then this can cause problems ie: plant wont flower for a while but not often you normally wont have any hassles. but i normally wait till i see preflowers before cloning anyways. thats about the time the plants big enough for me to want to clone lol. normally not always though

Isn't AK-48 an auto flower? I thought they weren't very potent?

I actually did keep that strain going. I Have 2 mothers and took 2 clones from each for a total of 6 female. I really enjoyed growing this mystery strain, very resiliant and easy to grow, yet very rewarding. I would do a journal on the 6 of em but I have trouble uploading pictures. I also just germinated 2 BlackJack seeds from Nirvana and 7 free seeds of unknown strain, also from Nirvana.

They are most certainly growing and developing, but I'm not seeing much flowers or sex traits popping up.

damn, time flies! How long did you veg for Chowda?
to be honest, I didn't veg that long at all, some of them went right into 12/12 while others got about a week of vegetative.

I'm doing a SOG with 6-7 mothers in veg right now, only they are the same size of the one's flowering right now. :joint:

I'll take clones in the next month.
