Hey all i'm 2 days from harvest and i thought i would show some of the last pics of my baby alive.. I used a jewelers eye glass and a nice digital camera to get some good pics of my trichomes. There has been planty of talk from everyone on this site about what the trichomes should be at to harvest. Mine are about 50/50 cloudy/amber and that is just about where i like mine to be. The pic with what looks like new green hair grow i'm unfamiliar with, so if anyone has any info on that growth please share. hope you like the pics.

I would cut that hermie peice out just to noy infect the rest of the room.
Nice pic you can actually see the peices of pollen.
Super sugery nugs.
Keep any seeds if it did not hermie alot then they should be good fem seeds.

Thanks for the replies. Glad to know what i'm looking at on that bud. So you think there will be seeds in that bud then? I am only 2 days from harvest so i shouldn't really have to worry about it pollenating that bud or the rest of the plant right? Should i just cut out that area during harvest and check for seeds? Those should be femenized seeds then? I don't want to use those seeds next time and have another hermi on my hands do i?

I decided to use molassas during flushing which i started 2 weeks ago because of things i've read on this site. I'm hoping i'll get a good tasting bud and that it helped with the size. i'm pushing the 11th week of flowering and i was unaware of the flowering time of a ww when i started so i had expected to be done a month ago, but i stuck it out and didn't harvest too early. Now i've got a hermi on my hands.. Looks like it is just on that 1 bud so i should be fine if i harvest in the next couple days.

Thats not called a hermie just real ripe buds. TAKE THE BANANNAS AND SAVE EM!! Next white widow you grow (if you do it in the next 4-6 months) use the pollen from these banannas and youll have yourself a nice bach of fem white widows seeds that wont be hermies at all theyll be fems. Now if you cross breed take some of the pollen and "DO" a diffrent bud and you get fem crossbreed seed. And they will blow your mind at how good those will grow.

No thats a hermie, overripe buds normally herm, and yes it is an excellent way to collect pollen for fem seeds, thats how soma does it. But a female plant with a male part is a herm regaurdless.

hope my white widow looks that good when its done. That is a hermie but I would just pick it out and don't worry about it unless you see more. It happens to a lot of feminized seeds at the very end. Its one of the downsides to getting feminized seeds they are prone to it. Anyways the plant looks great
