Vortex from TGA Subcool Seeds

Sine143- Unfortunately, all the Vortex has long since been smoked and we preferred the results off of the 9 week finish. We will probably continue to take her around this time frame and probably won't have an opportunity to test any earlier finishes. We have wondered though if our tendency to like a later finish has contributed to our higher CBN numbers. Regardless, the high THC makes us feel like anything that is lost to degradation and turned to CBN is not subtracting enough from the THC content to allow us to sacrifice the high and flavor we get from leaving it in.

Man, that's about the third 20%+ lab result I've seen you post for TGA gear. Great work!

I saw in another thread that sub had his Cheesquake tested at 9% thc. Have you grown Cheesquake and had it tested? If so, were your results on par with what sub posted?

I would just like to throw out that vortex is dank! :hump:

hey jessijames you know which pheno that was that you tested? I personally had a lemon pheno, and an apollo pheno from a 5 pack. imo the lemon was stronger and better tasting, but that's me.

...Other amazing strains are Qrazy Train, ...
Funny how I hear some people mention how great Qrazy Train is and the reviews say it's exceptional, yet relatively see it mentioned almost never for it supposedly being so damn good. Everyone's about Jillybean, JTR, Querkle, Cheesequake, Plushberry and others, but almost nothing ever about Qrazy Train. WTF?

"Yield: about 4-6 oz from a 3ft tall (ground up), 2ft wide plant. Gives amazing returns 20%+ for BHO"

That sounds heavier than I'd expect for Vortex. One of the supposed downsides of the Vortex is the yield. It's been itching at me for awhile. I'm running some QT right now but I gotta' go for some of that Vortex. The high is right up my alley. Unless I'm looking to get some sleep, "high" is what I want to be.
To each his own and med applications aside, but otherwise I never could figure out why someone would want to be zoned out on the couch or tired and burned out all day. One seems more synoymous with life energy and inspired creativity and the other more fits what the anti-drug types like to harp on as marijuana's negative effects. I don't wanna' wake-n-bake, I wanna' wake-n-quake.

Just 9% THC? I wouldn't bite on that low a number to buy some seeds.

Aaaaghhhhh!!! Just found another frustrating grow review on the QT that defies the near absence of it being mentioned on most all posts here or on other forums. It's the reason I chose QT over others. This is from Green Passion's site by GrizzTheDead. A senior member with an excellent reputation rating:

"My favorites are: Qrazy Train. Best of the best. It doesnt get any better from TGA imo
It has everything in all 3 keeper pheno's I scored from a TEN PACK!!!!"

Great pics and info. I'm doing my first vortex. Couple questions, my plants are in first week flowering and all the leaves are droopy, is that how vortex grows and looks? I'm on a drip/drain SOG. Using gh nutes. Ph is good and Pom is average. Pls help. Oh and watering 4times a day at 5 min.

I read don't let fans blow on them?
