Vigorous Clones from regen'd mother?

Any opinions whether clones taken from a veging regenerated mom will flower with the vigor of their mother, or will all the energy that went to flowering the mother mean the clones will never be as strong as those taken from a veged mother before flowering?

take them in flower next time clones takin in 3 weeks or so of flower will branch and have vigor you would not believe
