No but I have some Orient Express from ACE seeds which is a cross of Vietnamese Black and China Yunnan.

I’m on the hunt for landrace for now, the black one is a hard one to find.. probaby more or less extinct in the wild?
What du you ask for 10-20 seeds of Orient Express? Maby i have a free space inome of the tents

You can get them from ACE directly depending on what country you're in or many Seed Banks carry ACE genetics. They're around $50 for 10 seeds. You could possibly find a very Vietnamese Black leaning pheno that may be as close as you can get.
The Real Seed Company has quite a few landraces but unfortunately the most of the Southeast Asian stock is sold out. I've never seen any Vietnamese from them but I have some Thai landrace from them and they currently have some Laos genetics that I'm going to order along with a few other things I don't have.

I know it's kinda late, but the best place would be a collective. I'm pretty sure underground seeds has them (maybe that was just Afghan black) but they're not in stock right now, If you're looking for pure Vietnamese black that's the best 2 places I could think of! Angus (The Real Seed Co.) doesn't have it, and most likely never will.
