Thanks for the video, very informative.
Did anybody else find the dope, smoking the pot kind of repulsive. Was it really necessary to blow smoke in Conroy's face? This is not how I want marihuana represented. Very disappointed Urban Grower. Had Conroy taken a big pull, maybe. It was obviously bothering the old guy and he probably had to go get changed after, to be taken seriously by anyone else in his profession. He was physically restraining himself from waving the smoke away. Just bother me?

It's people like him that my spouse says is the reason "medical" marijuana will never be taken seriously. It is so immature to flaunt it like that - what is the point? And I thought the same thing that Conroy looked uncomfortable.

I agree Koot....not how I would have liked to see MMJ represented. What's worse is, as a patient, it's not only how MJ is represented, it's how I'M represented. Regardless of whether that representation is accurate or not.

Really its his right to exercise his rights....However....It never looks right when done that way.....

What was much more disturbing was a picture I saw in a thread here the other day....
of the 3 Colorado businessmen, that supposedly had been invited by the gov of Canada,to participate in the proposed New program...
Those ear to ear are grins,, they had.... were a money high.....
Those grins to a medical patient...are much more disturbing.....(they could barely contain themselves.....)

LOL! Conroy doesn't give a shit about smoking weed next to him!!!!!! Ha Ha Ha if you guys knew him at all you would think twice before saying any of that. Conroy has had hundreds of meetings with weed burning steady. God people are you serious why do you think he is passionate about this fight? It ain't just about money in his or a lot of our minds.
And that's Remo's youtube channel...He burns weed steady people. People that don't like it don't hang with him. Conroy is close to a lot of the people in the mj world.

But when your trying to accomplish something, unfortunately, how things look has more weight than how things really are. I personally don't care who wants to do what wherever - I don't have to look. In this situation when we are trying to sway public opinion, we have to play that game until we accomplish our goal of either decriminalization or legalization.

Absolutely not. It's not us that have to change or be phony to anyone. It's others that need to be educated. And if you notice they are sitting in buddies living room. Jesus Christ son if you think you should be scared what "people" will think when they see two friends and business associates sitting in a living room taking and smoking a joint then you are a slave to society.

"hey dude....wanna go blow one with me?" Is that the kind of "image" you think is going to get us what we want? I don"t think so. It is that image that needs to change and trying to put a "professional" spin on it makes me a phoney? I'm not "scared' of what people think about me, but when they start passing judgements on my children because of what I do and they think about it,there's gonna be a war.

I totally agree that people need to be educated, but do you think that it's going to be the "punk" that flaunts it or someone who sits down with you and has an intelligent conversation regarding the merits of the plant, dude?

The simple fact that I signed up for this bullshit program makes me stand alone ( with all the other med.mari. patients lol)

I'm pretty comfortable in my skin and in the decisions I make. I'm not a sheep, but I think collectively there is more of a chance to make change than individually.
