Video shows Cops murdering homeless man, charges dropped

This happened in Fullerton CA, not too far from where I am. 3 cops were originally going to be charged with manslaughter (should have been murder), but only 2 stood trial. Today those 2 cops were found not guilty despite a 30 minute video showing the entire beating as well as police needlessly torturing the man. Kelly Thomas was stopped by two officers one night to be questioned about recent car break in's in the neighborhood. Thomas did not resist, even as the cop told him "I'm about to fuck you up". He was beaten, had his face stomped on, and held down and tasered, and beaten with a baton by 6 cops for 20 minutes, after which he was taken to a hospital where he later died. I saw this video about 6 months ago, and thought there was no way these thugs in blue were getting out of prison. Just another example of how having a badge gives extra rights.

Here is the video for those who need to see it to believe it. The violence starts at around 14 or 15 minutes, but its worth hearing the conversation at 7 minutes +

A Fullerton Police guide to approaching a compliant homeless man (in 10 easy steps):

1) threaten to "fuck him up"
2) beat him with baton
3) tase him as he lies helpless
4) break his legs
5) beat in his skull with any blunt object
6) sit on his chest until he goes brain dead from lack of oxygen
7) call for ambulance, to patch up your scraped elbow
8) laugh with buddies
9) get acquitted
10) repeat

you can see a 100 things those cops did wrong,like wtf didnt they just cuff him from the start and put him in the car,they sit there and harrass him for 20 minutes or more before this attack,and i dont give shit what he was on if anything,it does not take 6 cops to hold someone down and cuff him,them cops was twice as big as him,then they tazzer him and pepper spray him,all 2 of them had to do was fuckin sit on top him,while one cuffs him,but with a man sitting on top u u ant going no where,then you see more cops joining in and one hiting him in the head with a big flashlite,that was with 5 or 6 cops holding him down already,,these cops these days are pushed through a quick training program and have a gun put in there hand and are set looose to do what ever they want,thats the main problem,

You really thought the neo-facists would side with a bum? They probably believe that's why they pay taxes for the cops to do this to him.

Lasting change can only occur from within. From without you are talking overthrow... in my experience this seems not to last and entrenches a belief system.

that was fucking brutal.. if that homeless guy was related to me i would have gone to the fullerton pd with the scar h and opend fire indescrimently with intention to kill all them bitches.. i didn't know they went that hard in the oc... he begged for his life... that was sad

The sad thing is that these 3 videos barely scratch the surface of police brutality and abuse of power in America. Shit like this happens everyday here. I Hate them motherfuckers bad!
