very important question,plz help!

Hi, my first post here, quick but important question. My plant has the first cotleydons, should I transplant from the rapid rooter into my medium? Im still not using any light and also in using ffof soil. It comes with nutrients im told, what do you guys recommend?

Let it run out for a few days in the rooter then drop the rooter straight into the medium

Im sorry I didn't mention..the plant that has drooped with the cotleydons was planted directly in the ffof soil. In guessiing that first original plant has drooped because of too much nutrients already in the soil??...I had also planted a seed in the rapid rooter and that has also the cotleydons..it is still straight up and stiff. Should I take out the plant from the growing medium which has drooped..it was straight up yesterday.
