LST or low stress training is an effective method to control the growth of your plants if you have a small space to grow in or just want to see if you can increase the yield of your plants. Since this is your first grow I do not recommend using LST or Topping or Fimming. Get a grow under you belt and practice on good grow habits like pH balancing your water, mixing up a good soil and nute schedule, keeping your grow area clean and pest free. It's really easy to get lost in all the advance growing techniques that are out there. I was just suggesting that you might want to focus on growing correctly first then worry about LST, topping, and FIMing. It was only a suggestion. Your first grow can always be overwhelming. All im getting at is don't get caught up in all these advanced techniques that you lose sight to what is really important to the plants.
