Vertical Lines on Bong

hey just ordered a EHLE bong from everyonedoesit.com... noticed a few sshort small verticle lines in the glass on the bong. is this normal or is my shiz messed up from shipping.... they dont feel like scratches and there to str8 of lines to be

Haha, he meant "the ladder" as in the last thing you listed (scratched from shipping).

"The ladder" is essentially "the last" or "the second."
