Vents TT 160 T not Starting!

Heyo,

I need to plug the cable quick twice to get it starting or it wont turn on at all.
There is a Timer too, but it doesnt start anyway later. Any idea?

not sure what you are trying to say.

I mean when i put the cord from the vent into the socket it doesnt start. I need to put the cord quickly two times into the socket, to get it running.
It was from beginning, but never really disturbed me. BTW i have a transformator between and its on 80v, 100v, 140v.. etc the same.
The cables are correct (like the manual says) and no loosy connections.

no one?
i actually wondered if this could be, because there is no switch to I/O ?
