venting a 2'Wx1'Dx4'H grow cabinet

i went through the faq on this and was wondering if anyone could get a little more into detail. i am trying to vent a 2'x1'x4' grow cabinet. i am using a 400 hps and want a air exchange around 3-5 times a minute. i dont want to doll out 120 bucks for an inline fan for such a small cabinet. so i was wondering if anyone had some suggestions as to what i can use to adiquatley vent my grow box? thanks!

i just got a 4" inline fan. it was pretty cheap, i have some more adjustments to make to the box. should have it done by saterday. ... are there any suggestions out there. i broke down and bought an inline fan because i think its just a little bit more simple.... do you think that should be enough to vent the heat from a 400watt hps and get an air exchange for a small box like this to 3-5 times per minute?... oh i am planning on doing a passive intake so i will have a small hole on the opposite side of the intake fan in the lower corner next to the plants.
