Hey, does anyone have any good drawings/schematics or can describe how to properly ventilate a closet grow? As of now, I'm using an led, but will be switching to hps for my next grow. I have glass sealed, air coolable hoods...Any suggestions?bongsmilie

alrighty than. thanks, guys. lol.

Can you cut a 6" hole in the ceiling and stick a bathroom vent fan in you can get one at home depot for about 60 bucks, or use a flexable vent and inline exhaust fan might cost more but it'l move a lot more air.

messed up posting here.

great post!! instead of a bathroom exhaust fan go to lowes and go their HVAC section. They have an inline 8 inch fan that does 500cfm for about 40 bucks. get that.. and a few 8 to 6inch adapters (will run you about 7.50 each) If you need to go down to 4inch get adapters for that.

500 cfm is better than a a bathroom exhuast fan.

Cheers

Just don't forget that fan from home depot might be loud... the vortex fans are much more expensive... I spent 130 for a 6" which is somewhere around 350 cfm.. You can also add sound dampeners clamps to the ducts to quiet down whichever fan you use....
