Ventilation Q

I currently am growing a couple plants right now in my finished attic. There is an air conditioner in the window, making the air outside cold air, in the same room that my grow is in, to control the temp. Without this A/C it would be ridiculously hot up there, the A/C keeps the temp just right (between 70-80). This is my only form of ventilation in the room (I also have two oscalating fans in the room to keep the air moving, which are going at all times) The only time that the A/C is off is at night (the plants are 17 days into 12/12), because the temp gets cool enough.

Now I was wondering, is this enough ventilation in the room? The A/C is pulling air from outside, just making it colder than it usually is. The reason I ask is because the plants are 17 days into flowering, and still aren't past pre-flowering (no new hairs are showing or anything.) This could be for a couple reasons (one being that I just started using the proper nutes for this grow. I am a newbie, though, and this is my first grow, so don't be too harsh!) I am just hoping that it is not from the ventilation. Let me know if this is an okay set-up, and also the reason why they are still in 'pre-flowers'. They just keep growing new leaves and growth, but it is not starting to bud. Like I said, it could be from not using the right amount of nutes (I was using ONLY Fox Farm Big Bloom from the start of the grow! I know, I know, not enough of ANYthing. The plant was showing much signs of not being fertilized enough, but I didn't do anything about it until about a week ago, and started using FF GrowBig, Big Bloom, & Tiger Bloom, and the plant has shown improvements.)

Sorry for the long post, but I am just very concerned! Thanks for all info! Remember I'm a noob and this is my first grow, so don't be too harsh! This is also the ONLY space that I have to grow in!
