Hey all,
I want to vent hood-hot air into my furnace so that it will go into the vents and spread throughout and heat the whole house this winter.
Should I hook it up straight to the intake port of the furnace or into the metal box the intake vent and outputs for the house ducting is?
or just into the floor vent and let it distribute that way? (I am concerned it will have blow back issues however when/if my furnace kicks on? Is that a valid concern?)
So ... what would you all recommend I do to make this a reality?
It is an electric furnace.
Yes, I know the air will be stinky if I dont scrub it.
