ventilation diagram

Im setting up a grow cabinet with 2 sections, top section for veg/flower and bottom section for veg/clones/moms. I was going to buy a grow tent but i figured it would be better to build my own grow cab instead of buying 2 seperate tents for veg and flower. I sketched up a diagram of how I want it to look, ventilation is something ive looked into alot but I have no experience with. so please tell me if wrong. I would like to ventilate the 2 areas through one intake using a Y connector. The intake will pull air from the basement and the exhaust will push the hot air up into the ceiling fan that can be reversed so it pulls air instead of pushes.
now my question is will this work? what if I use two different cfm fan (ex. 4" & 6") for the two exhausts or should I use the same size for both areas? Do I need an intake fan or can it be passive?
I cant find any similar info so any help would be really appreciated. I also plan on covering both sections off so theres no light leaks.

Site is fighting us today, probably the reason for no responses.
Looks good, but vegging plants can smell more than you think, may want a filter in there too. How big of t5 do you plan to use?
I would go with a passive intake to insure a negative pressure in the rooms.

yea I was considering whether or not I should use a carbon filter for the bottom section but ill pick one up just to be safe, Im either going to get a 2' or a 4' T5 depending on how big the cabinet will be and ill probably use 2-4 bulbs so theres enough light for the clones and mothers. I dont know whether to veg in the top or bottom section because I'll be growing scrog. Ill probably be using individual scrog pots so I can veg in the bottom section and easily move them to the top when there ready but I dont know whether to use T5's or MH for veg. what produces, better, denser buds? Ill be using a 400w HPS for flower btw.
also, should I use a 6" or a 4" can fan for the top section? Im thinking I should get two 4" 155cfm can fans for both sections or maybe a lower cfm fan for the bottom, would that be enough for ventilation? I only plan on growing 4-6 plants in the flowering room. thanks for the reply.

2 155's should be more than enough for that little area. I would stick with the t5 for veg, less heat means less issues. I would get at least a 4 bulb 4' though, bigger if it will fit. Maybe a bigger fan on top, but once you get down to a certain size the prices are basically the same. Veg in the bottom will probably work out better, less heat. If you have trouble keeping the veg area warm, you may need to switch them.
