Im in an apartment right now

suppose to be getting a house in like 2-3 weeks, with lots of extra space. Good idea to leave these veg and keep them as mothers?

Is romulan any good?.... does it take long to flower? wouldNa been my first choice to grow but seeds where free

Somethings to think about
If you put more than one plant into a container, and then one of them dies for any reason, you have the roots in there entangled with the healthy ones. Can lead to problems
What are you going to use for flower pwer? You'll need more lights

I dunno what i'll use for flower power but i was hoping to use Fluoro

sorry bro, I thought you had a few plants in each container. If you want denser buds and more yield, you will need much more light to flower. your setup will work allright for veg for a time, but will not suffice in flower.Get some more y-connectors and a few more bulbs at least. Anything you can do will help. But jesus, they look really good for what you are using.

Well thus far i haven't even noticed the 4 ft tube , 4 cfls and the other dinky on my power bill.


Now from what everyone is telling me, it aint gonna be so easy for flowering.

How much money am I looking at per month to run a good light. Maybe 400W?

wow this grow is ridiculous for 4 CFLs. What nutes and soil are you using and how often are you watering those monsters? I'm doing my first grow and its a CFL too so I'd love to get half of what your growing. Can you PM me what your doing too? Threads get buried so fast in here. Thanks a lot! looks amazing!

Well I have a picture of the exact nutes im using in my gallery, and soil is just the pro mix at crappy tire. Watering, hmm i really dont know lol.... i'd guess once a week maybe twice max a week.

I finally figured out where i got these seeds. They are Romulan from Next Generation... hmm not sure if im allowed to post a link???? hope so

guys im getting a little paranoid here...


well it seems to me that my plants may have gotten more pistils or white hairs whatever they are since i've turned them back to 24/7 light. Maybe this is normal, i mean their not polluted but I really want to clone these and want confirmation that they are ok. I took a picture a couple mins ago of the top of one


So they are ok to clone?... do i need to hurry?

To everyone in doubt what good CFL's and reflective material can do, I will tell you that CFL's do exactly the same as a METAL HALIDE and HPS. Stop being misguided. FLO's can produce good product at a fraction of the cost on electricity that HID's do. Lets get real here folks. LUMENS are LUMENS, A Kelvin rating is a Kelvin rating, and if a CFL is closely proximated to a plant it will not lose the lumens as drastic as you might think. Get a light gauge and check it out yourself. HPS has to be held father away due to heat and with that you lose nearly half of the rated lumens that bulb states it produces. On the other hand you can nearly touch leaves with CFL's with no problems and you lose virtually NO LUMENS.
This person did nothing but use CFL's/FLO's on their grow and I can vouch because I did the little Bonsai rope trick on 1 of my plants and she if a fricken monster!, So is her sister who has no bends. I am 2 weeks flowing and my buds are getting as big as when I have the SUN to produce.
A little more research about light and lighting and you might find yourself saving on your electric bill soon enough.
I am defending CFL's folks so don't get pissed off, just do some research.

hey hey i undastand this site now. bargain lol. i baisicaly said im using a 220watt fl propergation unit wit cool whites n 2 warms. iv grown b4 so i pretty now ebry ting to know plus iv just finished reading the cannabis grow bible. my heads a ganj computer atm .

hey peps i growing with fls myself n i used standerd energy saving lamps on my last grow my plants hit 4 foot bfore they flowered i was left with 3 6 foot monsters the lights are really good iv now got a 4x55 watt fl propergation unti pumpin 2 cool whites and to white warms n within a week they all looking big n healthy.
