Depends on what you want.
Do you want to make it a mother? then if so, yes, just keep it in veg stage...if you just want the thing to produce bud then flower it. Just remember...if that's your only plant...that's all you'll get unless you take a few clones from it incase it's really good shit, trust me...clone it then flower it.
Put it in darkness for 24-36 hours and then start a 12/12 light schedule that works best for you.
