Veg. light-UFO LED?

I want to buy a small grow room (hydro hut 2x4) and use it to start seeds indoors and move them outside. I have been thinking I would go with HO T5s but had an idea. I might like to grow inside in the future and was wondering what seed starting/veg. would be like with a UFO LED. Has anybody used the UFO for veg. only?

You do veg. and flower with yours? Also, what wattage are you using and what is the square foot of the grow area?
