VEG Led then Flower HPS

Hi Guys

I am looking at setting up a small tent to veg my plants before moving them into my flower tent.

Couple of questions -

1. Is it ok to veg under LED and then go under HPS for flower?
2. Has anybody used the Maxibright Daylight LED units, if so are they any good?

Any advice be deeply appreciated.

Not sure about the light but its ok to veg under led then switch to hid,just keep in mind distance between lights and plants. Research is key my friend. Happy growings.
