Ive read that during the veg stage it best to keep both the veg and bloom switches on.
Is that true? or just keep the veg switch on

On mine I can control all the spectrums. And in veg I use most blue and when I flip I use both colors all the way til you have 3 weeks left and hit her with solid red.
