Various barneys farm grow reports and questions...

Hey riu, 5 weeks from popping my barneys farm beans so i thought i'd throw up a quick grow report along with some questions i have regarding the specific strains i have going atm. So i have two pineapple chunk fem's, three lsd fem's and two pineapple express autoflowers. All are in coco/perlite, fed on dutch master gold a+b, zone, silica, add.27, liquid light and saturator. I'll start with the auto's, 5 weeks obviously, both 25cm tall in 10l pots, two different pheno's, both were very easy to grow, one is either sat dominant or will yield the best, the other is sooo frosty already and i think will finish earlier. They were given their first dose of gold range flower, zone, silica and rock resinator and sprayed with budwise female hormone spray 6 days ago. As these are auto's, i only have two and they are different pheno's it's hard to compare performance but for this one run i'm blown away especially after all the negative reviews and opinions people have on auto's, i'll be doing some more if they smoke as good as they look and smell! Anyone ever grown or smoked these before and have anything to share? Next up-lsd!

Lsd- i have three lsd fem's at 5 weeks, same gold range schedule as the auto's, up to 1200ppm now and loving it! All three showed first signs of sex today, two indica dom pheno's, one sativa dom, topped the sati dom at 4 nodes and took about a week to respond but is taking off now with two strong new main nodes forming. Out of the two indica dom plants, one absolutely reeks, has done for about the last week lol very strange smell, skunky but something else, i'm guessing the mazaar? These two are bushy strong plants, both with 10 alternating sets and the newest owning 11 bladed fan leaves :) these were all very sensitive to begin with and needed to be babied with the nutes until the 3 1/2 week mark but started drinking and growing like crazy since then. Very impressed so far despite the slow start especially with the smell! Any lsd growers or smokers out there with info on pheno's and the smoke? Cheers :)

Pineapple chunk- i have two of these, same dutch master regime as the others, one is very tall with crazy side branching and fat crinkly leaves and very smelly, 11 nodes and 11 bladed leaves. The other i topped to two main nodes and is very dark green but has shown shades of purple that is in no way a deficiency, is there anything in the genetics of pineapple chunk to suggest it might go purp? These are also very impressive so far, anyone grown or smoked it before with anything to share? I'll throw up some pics of all of these girls in the next day or two and will continue to update as i flip them in the coming weeks as well as reviewing some new products i'll be using on this run!

hi ben ,im scottish grower, with lots of experiance, with barnys strains, done lsd once i was really nice and skunky, but think violater kush is stronger, have u done amnesia lemon, last time i done it hermied a little i removed the male flowers and all was well nice weed, what do u think is the strongest barnys has to offer.ive got 2 amnesia lemon,1vannilla kush, one lemon skunk,1 red deisle, all in soil i find it tastes better in that medium, intresting what u think of barnys

Personally organic red dragon was some of the best shit i've ever smoked, was done by an incredibly experienced grower though so it's to be expected. Lsd was an amazing smoke, incredibly difficult to describe it unless you've experienced it. But those two are what led me to purchase some more of barney's gear. Personally i've always stuck with tga as yield was never an issue with ccob training but i've finally got a much larger grow area to work with oh yeah

Seed qaulity is average from my experience, some pop and some dont. the genetics are solid though on most strains. stay away from the auto's until they get them Stable, i got Pineapple express auto's and there are about 3-4 noticeably different pheno's. I heard some seeds where bunk as well/mutated. Acapulco Gold i think it was. but LSD, Red dragon, tangerine dream and Blue cheese are supposed to be good. too Barney's farms strains can go hermie. rather get regular seeds over gambling on feminized.

Don't get me wrong, this is only the grow report, i've thrown up a germ and seed review aswell and it isn't so favourable, two of the lsd, one pineapple chunk and both pineapple express were freaky mutated seedlings, all from 10 packs so the survival rate is shocking but the ones that do make it are so very impressive so far. I know i took a gamble on the autos but i wanted to try em and have something ready much faster than the rest, this is all personal medicine due to an injury so the sooner i don't have to pay for my medication the better lol. But they are also so far living up to everything promised, especially the extra frosty one, i'm incredibly impressed even for an auto. Like i said aswell i usually stick to tga or sannies but i had to try these strains :) they may or may not find a place in my garden, couple of months will tell

I've grown Barney's Blue cheese. Awesome smoke!!! There are 2 distinct Phenos the Shorter indica pheno is more potent with lesser yield and the sativa dominant pheno I had stank like a skunk died under the house with even with multiple carbon filters. I preferred the Sativa dom Pheno more due to overall end result. Note: go easy with nutrients and watch for major stretch in flower. This one tends to take over the garden.

I've been told a few of barney's strains can go mental in flower, that's why i topped the sativa dom pheno's and decided to go a bigger grow area. Only time will tell i guess
