I really want to expand my list of strains and I went to a bunch of seed sites, mostly in Europe, but I want to support our canadian boys. I came across Vancouver Island seeds, Vancouver Seeds, BC seeds, Dr greenthumb, Hemp depot, I'm sure there's more, but I was wondering can anyone help me cut it down to one company, I was thinking Vancouver Island seeds because they would have almost no shipping time. but I don't know their history, and if they've screwed anyone like Bc bud depot. please help!

I've heard of the Vancouver Island Seed Company is that who your talking about ? http://www.vancouverseedbank.ca/catalog/index.php?cPath=33_65
Not my choice to buy seeds of, a lot of complaints about germination rates & potency, but I'd love to try their Blackberry.
Check out Dr Atomic, The British Columbia Seed Company, Jordan of the Islands, Next Generation, Secret Valley and Wild Rose seeds first on the VSB site.

I've looked at the strains from The British Columbia seed company and chose "couchlock"
potency? damn thats kinda strange, maybe I should search them up a little more before
putting my order in.

You are confusing two different companies, read the names CAREFULLY. One is a seed breeder the other is a store that sells seeds.
The Couchlock is supposed to be fantastic as is Blaze.

canada has just as good as any when it comes to seeds believe me,you can find what ever you want, remember we pretty much all had the same breeding stock to work with, the rest is dedication and hardwork,to say we dont have those qualities would be wrong.i know someone that started breeding in tefino in the late 60,s,so weve been around for awhile

VIsc is a rip off sent 300 and got burned ,,,contacted them many times no responce ... called high times were they advertise and no responce

DO NOT ORDER FROM VIsc

Wow... There is a KindSeed store in Vancouver, at the foot of Cambie, across from "The Cambie" (you have to walk down a couple stairs from street level. I had some germination probs, but I had the seeds replaced no charge. I am germ-ing some 'British Columbian' (Burmese x Romulan)and they are popping on day 2. I have not seen 'VISC' as a stand alone site, but see them sold through many sites and a few stores (vancouver). Vancouver Seed Bank is a storefront, selling everything cannabis related (like Emery's shop on the downtown end of Hastings). As of today,2-13-10, their site seems to be down...

*I stand corrected, vancouverseedbank.ca is back up in action....

Romulans has always been my policy that the average person should be able to increase the races that we produce, or we are not doing our job properly. You can grow our seeds inside and out and produce a crop to be proud of, even without special elixirs or costly fertilizers.
