ValuLine hps systems....

anyone use these? $199 for a complete 1000w hps system... sounds iffy.

In canada they're around 209 for a 400W setup , so a 1000W being that much doesnt really sound right, but u never know. I wouldnt tho.

well i know they aren't that much... i've seen them around for $240 and stuff too... just wanted to know if they were reliable at all? or loud? or what makes them so cheap?
