Its a heat problem. Thats what they do when its too hot and/or dry. They curl up on the edges like that. They're trying to hide from the "sun" or light /heat source.
So where is it 75?
Do you take temp readings in different locations?
I gaurantee its not 75 anywhere near the ballast on that CFL bulb. Its much hotter. So you probably need better ventilation.
