Using Leftovers from Dry Ice Hash Method

So I used about a 1.5lb of weed to make several oz of hash using the dry ice method a few weeks ago... but now I am stuck with over 19oz of trim that's essentially been "stripped of its godliness" but I was wondering... can I still use this stuff to cook?

I know that most of the trichomes have been removed due to the dry ice extraction, but there should be some psychoactive components left that could be used for cooking right?

I guess my questions are... has anyone tried this before? ...and if it is possible how much should i ramp up the dosage to try and reach a reasonable equivalence of bud that hasn't had its trichs removed?

I guess no one can know for sure and in the end I'll prob end up making some educated guesses and letting you know what happens, but I was hoping someone would have some sort of experience with my situation :D

***Disclaimer I am pretty stoned, I hope everything I said makes sense. :hump:

Yeah my plan was to make some oil using canola oil... but I am trying to decide how much to make. I'm thinking this stuff is 5 times less potent than it used to be so should I just put 5 times as much as you normally would? I know the more oil you use the less potent it will be but id rather make less oil thats more potent. I was thinking of combining the 19oz with 3cups (so 24floz)

Or should I just do a test run with one batch of brownies and see if its even worth going through all the trouble?

EDIT:

Just realized there is no way 3 cups will be able to engulf 19 oz of weed... lol, goes to show how stoned i was when i wrote that, guess im going to be using ~170g of shake with 4 cups of oil. Then going to use that oil for brownies I will see how it turns out and post a "report"

Also what happens if you use more oil than recommended in the recipe? I'm worried a 1/2 cup of this stuff might not do the trick for the brownie recipe.

The texture of the brownies will more than likely not be as good, they may be a little wet/soggy. If you have any brownie mix left over make sure to throw it in too, if not you may have to buy another pack and just add a little extra in along with the extra oil.

the leftovers are not 100%void of fuckedupedness, but its not monetarily sound to extract what is left, but over time you can take the leftovers and steep them in everclear or olive oil to get whats left, then strain that each time you make dry ice hash over the leftover to make a real concentrate again
