Using Co2 from a tank... Help from an expert please.

Ok so I now have a co2 tank with a Regulator/ Flowgauge .5-15 SCFH in which I want to run in a grow room that is 8' x 10' x 8' .

How long should I have the co2 on for when the lights on ? I know that I should have it turn on about an hour after the lights are on but how long should it stay on for?
At what setting (.5-15 SCFH) should I run it at?

anything else I should know?
