Use old flat panel back light ccfl tubes for grow light

I would love to use this as a grow light but cant figure out how to get the lights to stay on full time. They are 1200 lumens each and there are 20 bulbs so it has decent output. The temp def looks to be in the correct range, a cool white. Does anyone know how to make this work?

not sure where would I look? its a 47" insignia from 2010 i think.

It normally says it where the tubes go... how many bulbs can it hold, 20? I guess if they're a good wattage you should be good. The only problem is if you pump more watts than your fixture can hold it can cause a fire. Keep that in mind, might want to confirm the wattage.
