I currently have a aircooled 400w hps in a 4'x6' space with a light mover. I am doing a constant harvest and have 18 plants in it. I have to try and keep the power bill down... maybe... I was thinking about going to a 600w on the mover. Would there be a HUGE difference from the 600w if I went to a 1000W on the mover? I'm just upgrading the ballast now. The way its set up the exhaust from the light is piped into my bedroom (cold where I live) so if a 1000w put out enough heat while it was on (188cfm fan hooked to it) I could get rid of the electric heater to compensate for the power.... so! 600w or 1000w? I want big juicy buds and my setup is aero... have an 188cfm intake and 400cfm exhaust in room so temp in room isn't much of a worry...
