I would do that and be very polite and do not accuse them of anything. They are a bank, not a breeder. To be honest, I did not even send pics just said that they were crushed and missing. Now, at first there might be resistance as they need to be careful about all the assholes who lie trying to get free seeds (which a lot of people do, fucking it up for everyone else). for the crushed seeds it was one email and for the missing seeds it took four emails.

First time I've had a problem but my last order was over a year ago and after complaining to some buds around town last night finding the same experience I had has happened to everyone that has ordered in the last few months. Then I read all the forums here and wish I did b4 I ordered. I've already put a order in through herbies and a bud in town has a ten pack critical kush that I'm gonna try to hit him up for. Fingers crossed. Waiting on the beens in the mail reminds me of waiting on my first grow

The problem is NOT the 'tude it's the badass US customs. Can't guys in medical states sue over this kinda thing, having your beans taken? Just asking because I seriously don't know how it works there. It's not only the 'tude losing parcels to customs, it is EVERYBODY. Shit's illegal.

So over the last month I've noticed that less than 50% of the people I know and 0% of myself have gotten their orders through from attitude despite multiple attempts...Maybe it's just a random patch of terrible luck for myself and those around me, but I am definitely out a few hundred dollars in my attempts to get some GageGreen Mendo Montage F2's...pretty whack, and I guarantee they won't warn anyone about it so gamble at your own risk. My last two packs didn't even have seizure letters, just customs approval for the tshirt with no beans in sight. This is in no way an attack on Attitude as everyone seems to have perceived...just more of a heads up about doing the same old song and dance, maybe Ill skip the breeders pack next time around and see if that makes a difference.
just got my seeds last weeks very fast too only took about 10 business days. ive never had any issues with them, i always use the wallet option because they unpack them and put them in the wallet in a zipper pouch. and if you order a dinafem seed you dont need the crush proof tin because dinafem comes in a small round tin and they repacked all my seeds inside that then put that in the wallet. i never tryed the tshirt just always felt a wallet was better

You are a very persuasive guy. Though I've made many orders with Attitude, and they've all made it, and all were correct, your well thought out arguments have convinced me to shun those people !!

I'm a beginner and the 2 top rated places that I heard about and read about were Herbies and Attitude. I checked them both out and just liked Herbies better. It's up to u who u choose and buy from. I never had a problem with Herbies got my seeds within a week (fast as fuck) and all seeds germinated n sprouted out. I'm pretty sure ppl had the same experience with Attitude it's just your preference :) I think the same goes for nutes but what do I know I'm just able to roll a joint lol :D

"You mad bro? Attitude has always been very polite to me and replaced any seeds that were lost or crushed. I have always noticed that people who say they were rude either sent an email with an attitude or they complain about germing issues (which Attitude has no control over)."

I disagree. I have grown just enough to be able to spot a weaker and stronger seed. If I am getting seeds that look visibly unhealthy and then they don't grow, seems pretty reasonable to expect some recognition of failure: the product I purchased did not function. The frailties of nature notwithstanding, the germ fail rate was pretty bad.

Your point about being polite is a good one. More flied with honey, right? I was not rude in letting them know about the poor germ rate of the seeds I rec'd. There response? Some law prevents them from responding to order issues other than package not rec'd due to customs.

I'll reproduce my fuller review of Attitude below. As I mention at the end of my review, seems like a clear, functional and centralized place for the RIU community to review bank experiences would be helpful . . . something more than a list of confused assertions and off-point flame wars that follow crowd the good info. Any place for dry adult reviews of seed order experiences?

Herer Today Gone Tomorrow: A Review of the Attitude seed bank

Quick overview of my first order experience:

1. Shipment was fast and unproblematic. Mug added to order for the stealth option.

2. seeds were haphazardly packaged. It was effective in that individual strains were separated and identified but it did not have a very professional look. Labels were literally cut from the breeders' packaging and inserted with the seeds in individual bags. seeds themselves were in plastic vials that looked to be ripped from the breeders' shipment. It makes banks seem like incompetent middle men btwn breeder and consumer.

3. I ordered eight seeds: five Herer and three Barney. Attitude offered three free seeds: Green Poison, Sweet Tooth and an extra Herer. Eleven total. Seven survived the first stage (see next point).

4. Four of the six Herer were obviously weak seeds: smaller, slight deformation, color issues, etc. I gave them some extra attention but they are clearly non-germinating seeds. This is a problem for me. Two-thirds of the strain being dead on arrival is prohibitively poor in terms of seed quality. It has hurt my otherwise good impression of Attitude. I have followed up with Attitude staff but don't expect much sympathy.

5. Other seeds, including the free promotional seeds and Herer survivor are healthy and happy.

I might write up a more detailed review that includes Attitude's customer service response and my first impression of the industry at large on a dedicated thread if I can find a suitable place on RIU. If anyone knows of such a thread, let me know. Seems like a clear, functional and centralized place for the RIU community to review banks would be helpful . . . something more than a list of confused assertions and off-point flame wars that follow.

I did follow up with Attitude and their response referenced some legal constraint that made them unable to respond to defective products.

I haven't ordered from Attitude in 9 months, but over 4 yrs made 20 orders, maybe more and got everyone, had a issue on some old shelf life Sensi seeds that didn't germ well and sent me a 10 pac of Hashplant beans from Sensi cuz they didn't germ,i'd still use them jus the wallet idea sounds to be the way to go.

Seeds are sold as souvenirs only. That's how it is legal for them to have a business. That is why they can't discuss germination.

See, it's people like this dipshit that fuck it up! ATTITUDE IS NOT A BREEDER YOU TWAT! THEY ARE A SEED BANK! IT EVEN SAYS ON THEIR SITE THAT THEY WILL NOT ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT GERMING ISSUES!
This is why you might get a cranky response as they deal with hundreds if not thousands of twats like this every week!
it never ceases to amaze me the number of people that blame the seed BANK for germ or herm issues. I guess if you get a counterfeit 50.00$ bill from the bank, Its their fault? Every Sight I've gone to says in several places that "Seeds are for Souvenirs and it is Illegal to germ them" or some such shit. I personally do not use Attitude. Shipping I hear is their problem. But Germ, hermi or weak seeds that is on the Breeder. Always research your breeder and strain as you do your seed Bank. A good place to start is here. http://en.seedfinder.eu/
