Figured i would update you guys, and maybe some of the new guys would read this thread and know who i am :P

I had a plea hearing on 1/02, and plead guilty to manufactering, i got 2 years of suspended time, and 3 years of supervised probation.

NOT back to jail :D Things begin to look up from here.

You'll be fine Russor. I got 3 years supervised two years ago next month...You can still smoke, man. There's never a random test and the only time they test is when you have to report each month. So just blaze for 2 weeks and then stop for 2 weeks b4 you report. And you can still grow too. They'll come by your once in awhile to make sure your not violating curfew but they never ask to come in....I been doin this shit for two years and ain't had a problem, yet. Do you got the option for early termination after two years? That's the deal I got and I go to court to try to get it terminated in a month. Wish me luck.

with the lawyer i have and how much i'll have behind me i may come out of this unscaved in the end, but for now who's telling, this day and age if something hits the papers they could decide to make an example out of me.
