the some kinda diesel that is in flower right now has 104 watt's of of I believe 23 watters maybe 26 dunno... but yea 104 watt's and I am expecting close to an oz because I bansai trained her and am using a "smart pot" for this grow. I have found with cfl micro growing personally around 140-160 depending on the area and whether you can ventiliate is the sweet spot for maximum potential without waste, although per watt other lamps are more power efficient. Namely the 600 watt HPS light (not sure if so anymore but this usto be) the most energy efficient per lumen of proper spectrum light. But cfl's I found 80-100 will do if you can keep the lights close enough and a even canopy you can still get some dense enough hefty colas 100-140 progressively better but still not quite enough to make ya go "hot damn if my second wife looked as sexy as this plant I wouldn't be paying two alimony checks!" unless you REALLY know what you are doing and are maxing out potential in other ways such as perfect nutrient level perhaps some extra c02... so basically different strokes for different folks. CFL growing honestly in my opinion is far more of an art, than a steady practice like outdoor and HID growing. Do the best ya can with what ya got, like I said there is 104 watt's in there wanted more but the max temp gets to 86 degree's at times so can't put any more lights in unless I can stay at the grow site to monitor the box check it a few times a day which I can't be doin' as that little lady is no longer at my home. (complicated story lets just say I am renting a closet from a friend to finish this one and keep some mothers until some living and other personal issues are figured out)
