Ultimate Grow kit from Nirvana

Hey everyone, I just got my ultimate grow kit from nirvana.
I have a few questions on how to use them if anyone knows...
Do the solitabs have to be used in a pot?
Do I put the flowertabs in when they are flowering or when I plant?

Also the germ kit says to keep it in the light, but I thought it was supposed to stay in the dark while germing?

Come on.. Anybody?

Did you end up using the grow kit? I keep seeing posts like these but nobody has any feeback. How did it go?
