lol the last time i smiled at a cop i got my head bounced off a brick wall . and who ever said take it to trial is right 75% of cases brought to jury trial get dropped or the defendant is found innocent also if you take it to trial the informants name will be shown and if they refuse to show you the informants name you can use that in trial as questionable doubt .

I went to go to trial twice in my life.Once I got 5 years probation and a $10000 fine second time I got ban from a state and 2 weeks in county lol....Heres a thought might not help you much but you might feel better. Pisss in the milk jug and dont let them know at least the little piss drinkin snitches will in all practical relation have just sucked your dick like the cocksuckers they are. Might make you smile at least knowing they drank piss...might just me somthing i might do before the big storm that makes them disapear

I also forgot to mention they found a few pills of oxy and morph that they are going to test and charge me within "weeks". The thing is the plant was already chopped down so I am not quite sure if I can get a manufacturing charge.

a lot of damage was done already but others have given some great advice....
keep your lips sealed! and only communicate through a lawyer you have hired and is sympathetic (hopefully one of your lawyer family will help you).

A felony is very serious, and so is growing. It is against the law most areas, if you play the odd you can lose. you can always improve your odds with saftey.....

oh and im not sure if they could charge you with manufacturing if the plant was already cut. If you had nutes, and plant pots and that type of thing (growing paraphernalia) sitting around with a plant hanging to dry then they probably can. Id try to use the defense that I got it from one of those roommates and try to bring one of their asses with ya.
I mean can you not somehow get them all charged with being an accomplice? They all knew it was there and didnt call the cops before then.....

either way you really need to reevaluate these people that you thought were "ya boys". These people arent your friends, and deserve to be gotten back when you can do so safely ( I think fletch had a wonderful idea with the milk....or they could wake up with all the tires on their cars being cut etc....)
