UK/Ireland grow

Hi guys. Planning my first outdoor grow in ireland this year. Just a few questions for anyone with experience. I was talking to someone in the local shop that sells seeds and she told me that dinafem seeds would be good for our climate.

1: Is it possible to plant germinated seeds in our climate? Or should i grow at home for 4 weeks then plant outside? It would be better if i could plant outside and have say 6/10 plants survive rather than 10/10 survive by starting the grow at home and move the plants if thats the case.

2: Strain? I will be planting in a hidden remote area so i wont have to worry about height or smell. Im looking for a resilient plant. A high yield would be prefrable over a strong high.

3: Start-ish date / month?

Cheers lads. If i think of any more questions ill post them in here.

Try Herbies(They are VERY good), most strains state which climate country(IF) outdoor grown I think...I don't do outdoors(Yet) but would think you would be better Germ indoors and wait till at least a few weeks old to plant outdoors, gotta be strong enough to cope with shite weather n such.

Peace

Oh n Welcome..

I'd say start in 2 weeks just to stay clear of frost although the weather has been good for the past week

^^^^^CC is right. Go to herbies. - > your questions about strain and when to plant are interconnected. You will be able to get information there about timed growth and seasons. When you plant will depend on the strain of plant, or the strain of plant will determine your window of weather...make sense? Pick something for your climate. They will also give you THC information. You will want to wait until frost isn't a problem, and the temperature stays above the mid 50's overnight, typically.

Interesting. I didnt know that, I presumed all seeds could be planted approx same time. I have bought seeds from Dutch Passion, Dinafem, Reserva Privada, SensiSeeds and none of them have any info about times, so that is useful stuff from Herbies.

BTW happy St Patricks irishfella. Wish I was in Dixie tonight....

why does the strain effect when you plant out?
