alright, i feel like a dink, because just yesterday i posted asking if my big plant was showing sings of being female. but this morning i was having another close look, and i think i spotted what look like two balls. not sure though - this is my very first grow.

please have a look.

i think durban_poison is right - looks like a male but if you haven't switched to 12/12 yet there is still some hope some hairs might pop out. But it ain't looking good :-(

i'll bet it is the best looking and fasting growing of the bunch too. At least that has been my experience/luck.

A thought....could it be a hermie?
 
whether male or not, it won't pose any danger to the rest of my plants until i actually start flowring, right?
 
hmm.. i was think if it's probably male, i will try to experiment with LST and other things, before my other plants get big enough. that way if i fuck up, it's not a big deal. how big do the balls have to be before they risk releasing pollen?
 
so it can pollenate the rest of my plants even if they have not the slightest signs of preflowers? they are still wee seedlings - the biggest is only on its 3rd set of leaves

i was also thinking it would be nice to collect some pollen, so i can make some seeds of my own. is it possible to just pollenate a few buds on a female plant, so that i get some seed but don't taint my whole stash?
 
nice thing about veg state, good for sexen plants...pluck that plant and if you dont and want time to tale ya ..it will and you wont like it!
 
o i didnt read that pollen part there,,,oops stoned,,,if ya want ta do that..collect pollen in a air proof sanwich bag...grab the bud ya wanna get seeds from and stuff it in the bag and tie it closed..end you'll have a bag full of seeds which will need to be sexed.

rather than plucking and throwing put in a room far far away and not near yer air intake for furnace either and collect pollen like that....

I will add tho that i have had plants that showed signs of hermaphedation and ended up not ruining my crop..(hence seeds in bags)..even the plant that showed some signs still budded to standards...and there was still powder in those little yellow banana fackers...but i dont remember seeing that in veg.
