i have a single plant flowering at the moment, one day short of starting week 5. i topped it for two main colas.
there are a couple very tiny growths near the stipules at one of the very bottom nodes. i'll know in the next couple days if they're sacs or not.
if so .... rather than picking them off, since there's really no bud near this node could i try and wrap/tie a piece of sandwich baggie around the node to prevent the pollen from escaping?
i ask because the last time i had a hermie, i tried chopping the balls off and they came back twice as fierce. i figure if i allow them to mature it wont stress the plant any further and i might be able to get through the last 4-5 weeks of flower.
