Still, Trump's crimes are documented in Mueller's report. Trump attempted to obstruct the investigation multiple times. Some would ask "what does it take?". Congress sitting by and tut-tutting while establishing the precedent that a president may interfere with a special counsel's investigation without concern that he be called out for his actions is something that should be considered carefully.

mueller said he broke election finance laws, and so it would not be unreasonable to expect his indictment. i guess we all should have taken into account that he is too fucking dumb to prosecute, as mueller stated.
