Very slow grow,just over a heat stressed time,droopy leaves.Please teach me how to fix this.I did it in soil mix perlite.2 ww x bb started(16/02/14) with a 600w hps then 6 days later i moved to under 2 23w white color CFL inside a small cabinet (this place no air venting so this caused heat stressed !!!) for 4 more days then let them all back to hps that 100cm away.Big thanks to any comment to help me stannd the girls up !! It's not going to grow for shit under 23w CFL compaired to a 600w hps. It looks like overwatering as well, are the holes in the bottom of those containers you are using for pots? Also, you don't want to use clear cups because roots are light sensitive.

Thanks forr your words mr south.I realized that should use cfl or low-watt bulb to close to the plants,less heat,save power,save money ! When it gets the rite size,i will put them under the 600.BTW,I should use a dark pot rite ? My girls is growing so slowly,I saw some new white roots through the clear cups,hope them will be fine !!

Anyone there ! I fixed the PH of soil to 6.3,did it by flushing PHed water,after 3 more day,I will feed some root nutrient (also includes B1).How do you think ? Thanks for reading

Clear cups are a mistake (reason pointed out above). And fertilizing too soon is a mistake that newbies keep making even though the experienced growers say don't do it.

I'd get them out of those clear cups and re-pot them deeper so the lanky stems are buried in dirt. Wait, is only one of them stretched?

Getting a handle on pH was a good move. Do you have an electronic meter and buffer solution for calibration? Or test strips? Or reagents with a color chart?
