Two toned leaves? and twisted, curled leaves?

i have a plant showing weird light green blotches on its leaves. everything should be fine including pH, nutes, etc

some of the leaves are half green/half light green:



also a separate plant has this problem with twisted curled leaves, again nutes, pH should be normal so not sure what is causing it:

If the Ph is correct, then they need Nitrogen and Phosphorus. Most Guanos should fix the problem.
