Two Questions

Hi, I'm kinda new, as most of you can guess.
Couldn't find an open General Discussion forum, or Questions, so here I go.

When I was looking through all these legal/herbal sites, I was wondering what effects these herbs have. I remember smoking with my roommate from college the best thing that came of it was the laughter. Do all these plants have this effect, or do some make me super relaxed, or what? Can anyone recommend a "legal" herb that will make me really laugh my ass off?

Also about pipes, I remember that there was an additional hole at the side of the bowl, that we held when we put the flame to the bowl. Does this hole come standard in pipes, or does no one know what I am talking about? I'm looking for a pipe, mainly on grasscity, but I'm not sure if it's the "right" kind.

those legal herbs suck.. the hole on the side is the carb... most bubblers have them not metal pipes .. but most glass do .

aren't those legal highs like Lettuce/catnip mix or something like that?

Yeah my dealer had a little of that legal herb that they sent him free with his vaporizer, we smoked it and were like what the fuck was that shit. It did nothing at all. And the hole on the side is the carb.
