Two questions about my seedlings <pics>

So first of all I made the mistake of placing my baby seedlings directly under my 400 w hps, and I checked them the next day and the top part of the stems were at 45 degree angles with the rest of the stem. Though after I vented the room out they began to stand straight again, my new problem is that one of the seedlings is more or less shriveled up and the two fan leaves are so shriveled that they basically dont exist, I've taken them and placed them under one 17 w fluorescent bulb for the time being, do you think it will recover?
Secondly, somehow I have two seedlings sharing the same jiffy starter pot, and they are very close together. What is my best course of action, should I transplant immediately or just kill one off?

+rep for any assistant.

Split the the two right now just open the pod up and remove 1 put in another pod that is pre soaked with ph 7 water
the one with fucked up leaves might come good maybe not just keep looking after it all you can do is wait and see

Hey, thanks for the advice. Yea, I spit up the two and repotted both of them...hopefully they take it well. As for the shriveled one, I guess only time will tell if it can recover.
